Ich fand, dass es an der Zeit ist eine toe-up Version beim Sockenstricken zu lernen. Nach langem Herumprobieren und Stöbern auf Ravelry hab ich dann sowohl ein "Sockenrezept" als auch ein Muster, dass mir recht gut gefallen hat gefunden.
Die Socken sind schnell gestrickt und das Muster einfach. Trotzdem bin ich mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden - und was die Hauptsache ist - Teresa auch ;)
I thought it is time for me to learn at least one version of toe-up construction for socks. After some searching on ravelry I found a "recipe" and a pattern which I liked.
The socks were knit very fast as the the wool is not so thin and the pattern is easy. Nevertheless I really like the outcome - and most important - Teresa loves her new socks ;)

Ich werde jetzt sicher öfter "toe-up-socks" stricken, weil diese Art der Konstruktion für schnell wachsende und oft die Größe wechselnde Kinderfüsse ideal ist.
I think I will use this kind of sock constrution often now, as it is very practical with fast growing children feet.
